The Zimbabwe Child Soldier Victims Foundation is currently working on several projects:
  • The collecting of all data and information regarding the past and current operations of the youth militia camps in Zimbabwe.
  • The collecting of recorded and filmed interviews of children who were within these camps but whom have managed to escape and are living as refugees in South Africa, Mozambique, Zambia and Botswana.
  • The creation a major international awareness campaign to prove and show the existence of these Youth Militia training camps that are creating thousands of new child soldiers, by way of the press, media, Internet, you tube and other international aid organisations.
  • The creation of a rehabilitation program for the ex-child soldiers and the victims of the child soldier abuse in Cape Town and Johannesburg.
  • A reunification program that will help these victims find their lost family.

  • Violent election campaigning by Zanu-PF that has already begun for the March 2011 elections
Action Within Zimbabwe:
  • Immediate Closure of ALL the Camps
  • Peace keepers into Zimbabwe to ensure that no more children are recruited or citizens violated
  • Safe-hold for these children as Victims of Violence and Human Rights Abuse
  • Safe-hold and counselling for the victims of the Youth Militia
  • Introduction of Victim Health Care Facilities in a safe environment
  • Safe Rehabilitation centres for these Children, including counselling
  • Re-integration of these children
  • Re-education of these children
  • Help these Displaced Children and Victims to find their families
  • Help these Children to find a safe shelter or a safe-home
  • Help with giving these children food and clothing
  • International Law enforcement against the Perpetrators of these Crimes against Humanity
Action Within South Africa and other SADC countries
  • Set up ZCSVF centres that help these children with
    • Counselling
    • Health care
    • Safe Shelters
    • Food and clothing
    • Reuniting with their families
    • Education programs
  • Help the Ex-child soldiers and all victims that have fled Zimbabwe to become acknowledged as political refugees in these SADC countries and receive the necessary help
  • Political Pressure
    • To acknowledge the existence of Ex-Child Soldiers within their borders
    • To facilitate them in every possible way
    • To put Pressure on the Zimbabwean Government condemning the use of Youth Militia Camps and Child Soldiers as well as the on-going atrocities
    • Immediate improvement of ALL refugee camps within the region
